That’s why every SoftStream purchase is backed by a 60-day satisfaction guarantee,try it risk-free in your home.

If your hair, skin, or shower doesn’t feel transformed, you can return your filter within 60 days of delivery.


How Returns Work

  1. Email us at support@softstream.co with your order number and reason for return.

  2. You’ll be asked to send the product, including all components back to:

  1. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.


Return Fees & Deductions

To keep our guarantee sustainable, the following fees apply to all eligible returns (unless your item is defective or incorrect):

  • Return shipping: Paid by the customer.

  • Restocking & handling fee: $15.99 AUD, deducted from your refund.

  • Unclaimed deliveries or incorrect addresses: Returned orders will be refunded minus a $19.95 AUD shipping/handling fee.


Refund Conditions

We accept returns of:

  • Opened, used, or installed products

  • Complete units with all original components (e.g. filter, housing, packaging insert)

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Missing or incomplete returns

  • Orders returned past the 60-day window


Bundles & Subscriptions

  • Bundles: If you purchased a bundle (e.g. Starter Set + Cartridges), the entire bundle must be returned to qualify. Partial refunds aren’t available.

  • Subscriptions: Only your first delivery is eligible under our 60-day policy. Future shipments are non-refundable once processed. You may pause or cancel anytime via your account portal.
